1. Return Period: All eligible products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the product is returned and inspected.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock at the time of the exchange request, we may offer a refund or store credit.
